Eligible Ontario homeowners may receive a property tax rebate and a stormwater charge subsidy if:

  • They are 65+ or have a disability
  • They receive Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) benefits
  • They have owned and lived in their home for at least one year
