As Regional Director, Partnerships, Heather Campbell supports SDTC's efforts in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba from her base in Calgary, Alberta. As a member of SDTC's Market Transaction Team, she is one of a team of professionals actively facilitating SDTC portfolio companies' market entry, commercialization, partnership enhancement, and attraction of additional financial investment to create successful Canadian clean technology companies.

 

Ms. Campbell has a diverse energy industry career spanning two decades, having held technical, commercial and business advisory positions within petrochemicals, oil and gas, energy consultancies, and energy industries. Heather's business contributions are focused on areas that exploit her practical background in process engineering, supply chain management, analytical economics, business advisory, joint venture management, and commercial management of petrochemicals, refining, and oil and gas markets. Heather gained her foundation skills by working with NOVA Chemicals, ARC Resources, and ICF International. Prior to joining SDTC, Ms. Campbell led and operated a consultancy specialized in management, business, and technical advisory for energy policy, energy strategy, and energy development as the Principal of Enthalpic Strategies.

 

Heather holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Biochemical and Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and is a licensed Professional Engineer practicing in Alberta, Canada. She is currently pursuing a LL.M. in Energy Law and Policy at the University of Dundee.
